I really love this cake recipe...I made this cake recently on custom ordering for chocolate flavour. The best dark chocolate cake I have ever made!  I loved the way the dark chocolate flavour is,it's 'black'  . Simply put the filling of chocolate hazelnutty flavour ganache and cheesy cream with combination of mascrapone cheese, piping in with spiral. Also used some cheesy creams for coating and pour some balance ganache on top... It is a celebration of chocolate for this cake... I received some good comments on this cake..'kids love it'... Tq Mr & Mrs Malar for your pleasant order....

Recently my brother brought me some fresh Indian mangoes.  Its has a very strong flavour where...after cuts and cooked, the smell still lingering around my house all day long: I did mango mousse for my cake filling and to coating.  I scattered with some diced mangoes for each layers. When it comes with fruity flavoured cakes,'jelly' will always strikes in my mind,so i did mango jelly for the top of my cake.. It looks awesome and better I named my cake as 'mirror'..the next was the chocolate lace collar..although it was my first attempt, but it turns well...next time the lace must be thick to get taller cake. Once after cake cutting, my kids was so keen to taste the coco lace first. It was so rich in mango flavour...
