Khao mok gai chicken Briyani rice

As an Indian, I’ve did many types of Briyani in Indian versions. Few Briyani types are more tricky to get the perfect tasty rice at all time. More over, those are various upon their cooking methods and ingredients too. Since, I like to explore on foods, today I’ve cooked chicken Briyani rice in Thai version, which known as Khao Mok Gai. It is very popular rice dish which you can find at all the time in Bangkok,Thailand.  It is very tasty and aromatic dish ever that I’ve made before this. Those roasted and ground spices made this dish so aromatic and flavoured. The tendency of the chicken pieces were so perfectly done with special ingredients that I used in.Just few ingredients I’ve grinned instead of pounding, but it doesn’t change the taste at all.  Literally this was my first time of cooking for this dish. Chocolate moist and vanila sponge Cake with Italian meringue buttercream

After such a long time,today I'm happy to post my new edition on baking. There are some cakes  which I have baked recently,and that I haven't post yet. Since yesterday was my dearest daughter's birthday,I would like to post her most delicious cake ever forget in her life. 
Yesterday I have made a frozen cake for her birthday. She turned 9. Wow!!!how time flies very... fast!. My little lady Anu loves frozen themed cake. She wants those frozen characters to be placed on her cake too. 
  I'm really happy to make for her a frozen cake  with special looks and feels. Not as usual cakes!. I came out with an idea of making a tall cake with two types of flavours and creams. First I have baked chocolate moist cake in two 10inches pans. I have been working on this recipe for some time and it's really satisfied. It has a rich chocolaty flavour. Also I made a vanila spongy cake in a 10inches pan. Egg separated method has made my sponge cake foamy and springy. 

 I have chosen a wonderful orange cheese mousse for my each layer cake and brushes with orange curd syrup. For frosting I have used IMBC. Taste was awesome and amazing! So easy to make it! Also not to forget about snowflakes. Sparkling some of snowflakes on the top of the cake were so cute and sweet...!
On the day of event,she was so happy with her   cake. When it's sliced..wow...black and white cake layers and creams white in colour... really tempting to gulps..Soon then I get more compliments for such a superb tasty cake and frosting. 


Here goes the wonderful and tasty cakes recipes ...

Chocolate moist cake
Ingredients 
Dry ingredients 
APF - 3 cups
Dark cocoa powder - 2 cups 
Sugar - 2 cups 
Salt - 1 tsp
Baking powder - tsp 
Baking soda - 1 tbs
Wet ingredients 
Oil - 3/4 cup
Buttermilk - 1 1/2 cups
Eggs - 3
Vanila essence - 1 1/2 tsp
Hot water - 1 1/2 cups

Preparation 
1. Preheat oven on 150c.
2. Sift and mix all dry ingredients in a bowl.
3. Beat buttermilk and oil until incorporate.
4. Add in eggs and vanila,beat again.
5. Then pour in hot water slow while beating.
6. Once all incorporated,add in the dry mixture in three portion.
7. Beat in with low speed until all incorporated.
8. Pour into two 10inch pan and bake for 45-50mts.
9. Check the cake with toothpick for done. 

Basic vanila sponge cake
Ingredients 
Egg yolks - 4
Sugar - 20g
Vegetable oil - 50g
Vanila essence - 1/2tsp
Milk - 60g  
Cake flour - 90g

White eggs - 4
Cream of tartar- 1/4tsp
Sugar - 60g

Preparation 
1. Preheat oven on 150c.
2. Beat egg yolk and sugar until pale.
3. Add in oil and milk,beat.
4. Add in cake flour and beat until all incorporated.
5. In a nother bowl,Whisk egg white with cream of tartar until soft peak.
6. Add in sugar and beat until stiff peak form.
7. Mix 1/3 portion of egg yolk mixture into meringue.
8. Then fold the rest of meringue into yolk mixture slow.
9. Pour into a 10inch pan and bake for 40mts.
