Khao mok gai chicken Briyani rice

As an Indian, I’ve did many types of Briyani in Indian versions. Few Briyani types are more tricky to get the perfect tasty rice at all time. More over, those are various upon their cooking methods and ingredients too. Since, I like to explore on foods, today I’ve cooked chicken Briyani rice in Thai version, which known as Khao Mok Gai. It is very popular rice dish which you can find at all the time in Bangkok,Thailand.  It is very tasty and aromatic dish ever that I’ve made before this. Those roasted and ground spices made this dish so aromatic and flavoured. The tendency of the chicken pieces were so perfectly done with special ingredients that I used in.Just few ingredients I’ve grinned instead of pounding, but it doesn’t change the taste at all.  Literally this was my first time of cooking for this dish. Fudgy Brownies with Nutella ....How to pipe the nutella...easy steps







A brownie is a square or rectangular shaped chocolate baked treat. Brownies come in different varieties and types, it could either be fudgy or cakey, depends on their solidity. They can be decorated with chocolate chips, nuts, Nutella or cream cheese.



This brownies recipe is super easy and delicious too. All the ingredients are really easy to get. You don’t have  to whisk or beat the ingredients in this recipe. It’s all about mixing and double boiling... I'm also not adding any other raising agents except for baking powder.

My brownies are really chocolatey... and very rich too. If I bake brownies at my home, the delicious aroma from it makes the whole house smell amazing... It's like we're in a 'brownies house'..😂😂 That's why my kids love brownies so much...😍

Without wasting any time, I'll start to share my recipe to y'all!!!!😊😊

INGREDIENTS
Cooking Chocolate.....170g
Butter.....30g
Eggs.....2
Icing Sugar.....100g
All-Purpose Flour.....100g
Baking Powder.....1/4 teaspoon

STEP 1...
Double-boil the chocolate and the butter.



STEP 2...
Beat the eggs and icing sugar lightly in another bowl. DO NOT OVERBEAT.


STEP 3...
After the chocolate has melted, pour it immediately into the egg mixture.


STEP 4...
Mix it vigorously until all has combined together.

STEP 5...
After that, add in the flour and baking powder and mix it until a thick batter is formed.


STEP 6...
Preheat the oven to 140 Celsius for 10 minutes. 

STEP 7...
Pop the brownies into the oven and bake for 30 minutes.


AFTER BAKING....

How to pipe NUTELLA on Brownies..

1. Pipe nutella on brownines in a ziz zag pattern to form a                                                                               diamond shape.

2. Use toothpick to pull down through the nutella from the top.

3. Pull down through the nutella.

4. Make sure you are in centre.

5.You will be end it at the bottom of each pieces...

6. Continue the steps on each piece.
