Khao mok gai chicken Briyani rice

As an Indian, I’ve did many types of Briyani in Indian versions. Few Briyani types are more tricky to get the perfect tasty rice at all time. More over, those are various upon their cooking methods and ingredients too. Since, I like to explore on foods, today I’ve cooked chicken Briyani rice in Thai version, which known as Khao Mok Gai. It is very popular rice dish which you can find at all the time in Bangkok,Thailand.  It is very tasty and aromatic dish ever that I’ve made before this. Those roasted and ground spices made this dish so aromatic and flavoured. The tendency of the chicken pieces were so perfectly done with special ingredients that I used in.Just few ingredients I’ve grinned instead of pounding, but it doesn’t change the taste at all.  Literally this was my first time of cooking for this dish. Hi there ! Deepavali is just around the corner. My cleaning process is begins . I have just started to clean my pantry on last week. My pantry cupboard only stocked with cans,flours,sugars,noodles,sweets and biscuits. First, I'd rid off some old stuffs and papers, literally clean out the whole cupboard. I have kept my long time stocks  into a small plastic baskets and containers.  When it's about pantry organization, 'DIY chalkboard labels' are my choice that always strikes my mind. The best part about chalkboard is that I can easily erase and relable it anytime. Unfortunately, I'd hardly to get chalkboard label here at my place. How to make a perfect fluffy donuts....(adding egg/eggless)

Donut moments.... Today I made some donuts for my kids tea time. I can't believe myself that it turns well. Actually, I came across this recipe on web. It's seems promising and easy to make. Those ingredients were so familiar for us to use on this recipe. Yesterday, I made eggless donuts which using same ingredients as 'with egg donut' except egg. It's has perfect fluffy and soft texture too. My kids love it! Talking about today's special 'with egg donut', I really love to make again after this. It's really has the perfect fluffy,soft,milky and eggy texture. I have kept dough to rest after kneading for approximately for 6-7 hours. I felt happy soon after peeked through the covered cloth,it's has raised. When I was frying those donuts, its raised again double in volume. A letter for my daughter

My elder daughter just turned 8 on last 16th August. I can't believe myself that she have grown up such like a beautiful girl as angel. DIY Granny square crocheted cushion

Hi...today about crochet! I love to make my own style of cushion cover..by crocheting. Cushion cover with multicolors really makes me delighted to see all the time. I placed my latest crochet cushion on my L-shaped sofa in living room..it doesn't takes too long to make this cover. I really managed my time to do this stuff. I made this cushion for 3rd time. I had been made a pair of crocheted cushion for my sis-in-law with red colour concept. She loved it with her black sofa. Soon after I made this cover, my baby girl Ashvieka cuddles the cushion close. She likes my crocheted cushion very much,it makes her comfort to sleep. I crocheted my first side of the cushion with granny square design. Sunny burst flowers on each squares really matched with yellow,red,orange and greens.  On the otherside of cushion was square spiral design. Greenish spiral all the way to end made this cushion awesome. This was my 1st crocheted cushion, only square spirals were used for both side.(picture below)...

My Success of Kasutera カステラ

Those of you who have never heard of Castella or Kasutera cake..here I'am to describe a bit about this cake...it is a most popular japenese sponge cake which has very moist,soft and bouncy texture. It has the nature sweetness honey smell. Normally, this cake is baked in a wooden bread loaf frame that gives such a soft texture for the cake. Only four ingredients were used to bake this wonderful cake... The key success of Kasutera cake is egg and baking time. When talking about egg, it must be beaten separately where white eggs to stiff peak merrigue status. Slow baking process is important matter upon getting the perfect texture of the cake. Since early of this month,I'd had three failed attempts although it's seemed to be very confident recipes. Without hesitating...I try my best on 4th attempt for Kasutera.
