Khao mok gai chicken Briyani rice

As an Indian, I’ve did many types of Briyani in Indian versions. Few Briyani types are more tricky to get the perfect tasty rice at all time. More over, those are various upon their cooking methods and ingredients too. Since, I like to explore on foods, today I’ve cooked chicken Briyani rice in Thai version, which known as Khao Mok Gai. It is very popular rice dish which you can find at all the time in Bangkok,Thailand.  It is very tasty and aromatic dish ever that I’ve made before this. Those roasted and ground spices made this dish so aromatic and flavoured. The tendency of the chicken pieces were so perfectly done with special ingredients that I used in.Just few ingredients I’ve grinned instead of pounding, but it doesn’t change the taste at all.  Literally this was my first time of cooking for this dish. How to make a perfect fluffy donuts....(adding egg/eggless)

Donut moments....
Today I made some donuts for my kids tea time. I can't believe myself that it turns well. Actually, I came across this recipe on web. It's seems promising and easy to make. Those ingredients were so familiar for us to use on this recipe.

Yesterday, I made eggless donuts which using same ingredients as 'with egg donut' except egg. It's has perfect fluffy and soft texture too. My kids love it! Talking about today's special 'with egg donut', I really love to make again after this. It's really has the perfect fluffy,soft,milky and eggy texture. I have kept dough to rest after kneading for approximately for 6-7 hours. I felt happy soon after peeked through the covered cloth,it's has raised. When I was frying those donuts, its raised again double in volume.
Then, I topped some donuts with powdered sugar and some poured chocolate ganache with sprinkles which my kids favourite. It's taste delicious.

Here, I sharing eggless and with egg donuts....

Eggless donuts
Ingredients 
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp instant active yeast

Preparation 
Mix all ingredients well. Keep kneading the dough for 5-6 minutes until it's soft. Keep rest the dough for approximately 6-7 hours. Rolled in the dough to 1/2 inc thick and cut off with ring shaped cutter and so for middle as well. Heat oil in a pan and fry it on low flame until golden brown in colour. Now you make your choice to do topping for those donuts.

With egg donut
Ingredients 
2 cups all purpose flour
2 tbsp sugar
3/4 cup lukewarm milk
1/4 cup melted butter
1 tsp fine salt
1 tsp instant active yeast
1 egg

Preparation 
As same as above instruction with included egg.
Pls follow as above....

Note:
• use spatula to mix all ingredients 
• do not worry if it's sticky...just leave it to rest.... 
• do not knead dough for long time after took rest...
• use some flour on your palms during handling dough..
• sprinkles some flour on your board before roll in dough
