Khao mok gai chicken Briyani rice

As an Indian, I’ve did many types of Briyani in Indian versions. Few Briyani types are more tricky to get the perfect tasty rice at all time. More over, those are various upon their cooking methods and ingredients too. Since, I like to explore on foods, today I’ve cooked chicken Briyani rice in Thai version, which known as Khao Mok Gai. It is very popular rice dish which you can find at all the time in Bangkok,Thailand.  It is very tasty and aromatic dish ever that I’ve made before this. Those roasted and ground spices made this dish so aromatic and flavoured. The tendency of the chicken pieces were so perfectly done with special ingredients that I used in.Just few ingredients I’ve grinned instead of pounding, but it doesn’t change the taste at all.  Literally this was my first time of cooking for this dish. A letter for my daughter


My elder daughter just turned 8 on last 16th August. I can't believe myself that she have grown up such like a beautiful girl as angel. I writing this letter in my blog so that one day she might read this ....

"'Oh my god (OMG)..it's seems like just yesterday you were little little newborn baby girl. How fast those wonderful moments flee.

You know my girl...mummy met Appa 10 years before you were born. We met at work. We were in 'true love' over the years. I still remember the first date of me and your Appa,it was on Valentine day. He given me a ring on that day. Anu,my girl, mummy still wearing it...remember ..Dear, those days were so memorable moments for me and Appa. I love him so much ...we made for each other dear. A year after mummy and Appa got married, you were born. Since they given me epidural,my first baby,your delivery was so so smooth. During your birth, Appa and your grandparents on both side were so eagerly waiting for your sweet arrival. The moment you came out, I was so thrilled to see you. Slowly, you were on my arm, you were so beautiful and small...quickly I have breastfed you. It was so wonderful the moment when your tiny face lying on my breast..OMG..I still remember. Your birth was so special and precious to our family. 

Mummy still kept your first tiny shoes,hair clips and even your first fall tooth.ha ha:)! You may feel that mummy doing such crazy stuff here. For mummy, those stuffs were most memorable things that truly will never ever destroyed from my mind..
 
Now, you were grown up already. Mummy and Appa love you so so much. You were so sweet to see with your sisters and such a lovable 'big' sister you are. Mummy so proud to having you in this family. This year, mummy made white chocolate macademia cake as you prefer,dear. Although, it was my first attempt to this type cake, you still love to ate those pieces,am I rite! It's seems so sweet...sweet!
