Khao mok gai chicken Briyani rice

As an Indian, I’ve did many types of Briyani in Indian versions. Few Briyani types are more tricky to get the perfect tasty rice at all time. More over, those are various upon their cooking methods and ingredients too. Since, I like to explore on foods, today I’ve cooked chicken Briyani rice in Thai version, which known as Khao Mok Gai. It is very popular rice dish which you can find at all the time in Bangkok,Thailand.  It is very tasty and aromatic dish ever that I’ve made before this. Those roasted and ground spices made this dish so aromatic and flavoured. The tendency of the chicken pieces were so perfectly done with special ingredients that I used in.Just few ingredients I’ve grinned instead of pounding, but it doesn’t change the taste at all.  Literally this was my first time of cooking for this dish. My Success of Kasutera カステラ


Those of you who have never heard of Castella or Kasutera cake..here I'am to describe a bit about this cake...it is a most popular japenese sponge cake which has very moist,soft and bouncy texture. It has the nature sweetness honey smell. Normally, this cake is baked in a wooden bread loaf frame that gives such a soft texture for the cake. Only four ingredients were used to bake this wonderful cake...

The key success of Kasutera cake is egg and baking time. When talking about egg, it must be beaten separately where white eggs to stiff peak merrigue status. Slow baking process is important matter upon getting the perfect texture of the cake.

Since early of this month,I'd had three failed attempts although it's seemed to be very confident recipes. Without hesitating...I try my best on 4th attempt for Kasutera. I took advise from Roti n Rice...she adapted from Yummy workshop. She used 2 egg whites and 2 egg yolks for a 71/2inx31/2in loaf pan. Lined with aluminum foil followed by parchment paper. Baked in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

After wrapped Kasutera cake in plastic and leave for overnight at room temperature.

The next day.... I'm so thrilled to see the results of my Kasutera..success ...it's really wonderful and moist ...it's more than I thought..I afraid that it will collapsed....but it's doesn't...so so perfect ....
Ingredients 
• 2 egg whites
• 2 egg yolks
• 5 tbsp sugar
• 1/3 cup bread flour..sifted
• 1tbsp honey mixed with 1 tbsp hot water...
