Chicken 65 Lemongrass Masala

Yesterday, on New Year day I made Chicken 65 Lemongrass Masala for my family lunch. I really don't want to spend my new year at dining out and cook at home instead. I had often cooked this dish for my guest or any special family occasion. My kids loved it so much. It has very mild spicyness and the lemongrass made this dish more flavourful.

Masalas certainly differ greatly in their taste and flavours between countries. I have assumed that masala typically same taste with sambal of Malaysia. Sambal needs more red chilies, lemongrass and shallots. When comes to masala, it needs more  chili powder which its giving a mild spicy to the dish. It's really a great taste pairing with coconut rice.
